34 years old, owner and Chef of the restaurant, has got a long experience in the restaurant industry.

He began in 1988 in La Llar Restaurant (St.Margarida-Roses), then, in Almadraba Park Restaurant (Roses), as well as in Carlemany Hotel (Girona).

Later on, he worked in Can Pipes Kitchen (Palafrugell), Miramar Restaurant (Llançà) and L’Aliança Restaurant (Anglès).

In 2004 he was in charge of cooking in Noray Restaurant (Empuriabrava).
In summer 2005, he did a stage at El Bulli Restaurant in Roses and later he spent the following four years taking part in its researching team in winter and in the kitchen staff in the summer season.

He has collaborated with the Chef Jimmy Holm, owner of Canblau d’Aarhus Restaurant (Denmark), in a Danish cooking programme, as a guest cook.

Furthermore, he took part in the gastronomic exhibition in Aarhus’12.

He had been giving professional advice to several enterprises related to the restaurant industry, until 16th November 2012, when he opened his own restaurant Coordenades.
